Cuemechanics
Millions of people around the world play, compete or even earn their living on a billiard, pocket billiard or snooker table. Are you exploring the cue sports as a pastime, meditative activity, for team competition or individual challenges? Do you already have a considerable amount of experience on the table? In either case, you need to train yourself to be consistent and accurate in moving your cue stick, to be successful and enjoy the games.
I’ve been trained to teach the SPF method. SPF(f) stands for Set – Pause – Finish & Freeze. Along with proper stroke mechanics, it is a sure way to build consistency into your game by simplifying your stroke. If you can’t control your stroke to hit the cue ball exactly where you need to – on every shot – you can’t control your game.
I’m not presenting things on this site that I’ve made up out of thin air. All the information I’ll share is already available through other sources and has been proven to work by others. You only need to:
a) understand it and
b) put some effort into applying it
